Quick Review of the new movie “Wanted”.
Me(Stueyb)and endlessmike checked out this tasty flick at around 10:30 last night and let me tell you, it was worth every penny.
Exciting camera-work with plenty of action for the lens to gobble up for a solid two hours;strong performances by James McAvoy, Angelina Jolie, and the ever-charismatic Morgan Freeman gave you a little bit more drama then you were expecting from an action movie.
Objectively speaking, some aspects of the plot ran a little thin, but in the face of all of this films many other shining attributes, it is to be forgiven.
Go see it, it gets an admirable 8 out of 10 planets from the Stu Monster!

Another song from skindred
I thought I would include another song from the wonderous band called Skindred.Their debut on the show took weeks to come together, and they deserve better.This song is called “Pressure” and its pretty bad ass.I also posted a vid of uber-asshole Bill O’Reilly succumbing to the pressures of being a douchebag 24/7…even in his youth he battled hard to build and maintain his position of Super Sphincter, and I have no doubts he will hold that venerable title until he passes from this world into right-wing Hell. Heres to you Bill!

Ep# 10: Perfect 10
Congrats to ourselves for our 10th week in a row doing the podcast. Yay! Besides a drug addiction, JohnJ says he hasn’t kept with anything else for 10 weeks in a row… haha just kidding. Maybe.
Nah, but seriously, it not only was a good show, it was a FUN show! We invited our friends and fans out and all gathered ’round as we told ghost stories during mysteriousnesses (with the lights off), listened to the Something Planet House-Band Tony VanderVanden-Eynden (sp? haha) rock the house with the “Something Planet Theme Song” and other various tunes throughout the night, ate pizza, talked with all of our friends on the mic and phone, and also had to keep Corporate Jerod from sabotaging our recording equipment (FIGHT THE LAW!)
By the way… when you get to mysteriousnesses, turn off all the lights and listen to it by yourself. You won’t be able to sleep… like me last night. After a night of ghost stories and a right-before-bed helping of Dean Koontz’s Odd Thomas I had trouble catching some ZZZs

We’re back… finally
After a week of downtime, our old hosting company got their hosting back online… which means we got our old database back. Everything has been restored!
If you signed up as a user in the last couple of days (when we only had one posting on here) you may have to sign up again. Unless of course, you had a user on here before the site went down, then you’re golden.
Make sure to vote for which Something Planet member you think is sexiest, unless you already have.
Episode #9 will be posted soon! And Episode #10 is kind of a milestone for us, so we’re inviting all of our friends and fans out to be at our recording this Sunday! We’re going to let everyone have a chance to say something on the show! We’ll do a ask you one question, and you get to ask us one question thing, and if you want to help out with your favorite segment (mysteriousnesses, MMA, freak of the week, intertubes news, etc.) just let us know and I’m sure we can work something out.
